2 weeks ago, I borrowed Ekhart Tolle's book 'The power of Now' and spontaneously thought I would do a short video of Sun Salutations as per S.Ramaswami sir's instructions.
Well...this happened the minutes just gone, spontaneously, my t-shirt worn upside down the whole morning...oops.. celebrating now-ness!
